The hotel doesn’t look so good on the outside but it’s great if you are looking for a good and affordable stay in Milano (specially in the high season). The room was small but perfect if you are staying all day out and just coming back to sleep. Breakfast was decent! Location was good, as Milano could be a little bit tricky. Near to a mini market.

Location next to the Zara metro stop was terrific (especially for a person with a serious deficit in directional skills). Lots of food choices near the hotel. The linens were good and the room was clean. Nice to have a kettle and bar fridge. Reception staff were lovely including printing off train reservations for me (Swiss and Italian lines really want see your reservation printed if you are using a Eurail Pass). The staff at the breakfast were great too with a range of cereals, pastries, meats etc. and coffee made to order with a smile.

The hotel has nice rooms and a very gentle staff. We have great breakfast, with a lot of variety in food, to start our days. Exploring Milan can be done from a good location, because the hotel is easily accessible by metro from the heart of the city.

It’s an ok place. The best part is the staff, very friendly, pretty much everyone who worked at the reception was super friendly, same for the lady working at the counter at that restaurant. That’s the biggest plus of the hotel. It’s well situated, 1km walk from the main station in rather quiet area. On the bad side, they walls are paper thin, so you can hear every sneeze and fart another guest performed. A little refresh wouldn’t hurt the place either. The small things like clocking sink and broken toilet hanger won’t change anyones life, but can be little bothering.

Very good location. Excellent staff. Welcoming and nice hotel in very good place near city center and metro. You can reach a lot of attractions by foot. Surrounded by very good cafes and restaurants. Very affordable considering Milan prices
